I was there on April 26, the free pretzel day.Only one lady was working and there was a long line. Nobody else was there to help her. She made pretzels and she sold them. I felt bad for her, she was left the to deal with the crowd by herself on a day like this. She was doing her best with customer service and orders but management have failed in performing their duties!

I was helped by Christina. Her customer service was so good and she was very hospitable. Made good suggestions on how to pair items while ordering to get the best price for my food. I’d definitely visit again with employees like Christina there! My food was nice, fresh, hot yummy and the lemonade is always soooo good.

I had been going to this restaurant so many times and I was never disappointed. This time when I placed the order for the Pretzel, the cashier picked up and was so nice to tell them that she will not give these hard pretzels. She also told me that there is a wait of 10 minutes for the fresh ones. I thanked her and told her that 10 minutes is not an issue at all. I really appreciate her honesty and being so much customer oriented. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you around the area.

Worst location ever, cashier wearing a hood like he just came in and doesn’t work there. Attitude is horrible, line is ridiculous for this type of food. Slow, unprofessional and rude. I hope employer sees reviews and does something about it. Oh and mini dogs are like they were made by a 4-year old

Came to kings plaza rudely ignored by the Lil dark skin employee working at your company I went upstairs and was dealt with the most politely attitude by a man and woman She needs to be reprimanded no customer service

I Had the worst experience today at Auntie Anne's, A Male employee was having some unpleasant words with another female employee , inviting her to his man parts I felt uncomfortable for but she conducted herself very professionally , I hope the male employee gets removed because that was out of line if I didn't fear for her safety I would've left and not even made a purchase but I stayed until I saw the male employee walking off

Based on purchase made on Monday, March 1, 2021 @ 6pm. Pretzels were way thinner than regular Auntie Anne's standards (I've tried multiple locations in NY, PA, DC, MD, and VA). I wanted to use my birthday reward and a few Pretzel Perks rewards I have been saving up for my family. 2 employees said the system only lets them scan 1 coupon per person every 6 hours. I have never heard of this rule. I have redeemed more than 1 reward before in other stores. I didn't feel like disputing with people handling my food, so I used my bday reward and paid for the rest. Cashier asked if I want my receipt, I said yes. I thought he put it in the bag before handing it to me. Found no receipt once I walked to my car (my guess is to prevent me from asking corporate about this rule). Extra star because pretzels were still good.
