I had been going to this restaurant so many times and I was never disappointed. This time when I placed the order for the Pretzel, the cashier picked up and was so nice to tell them that she will not give these hard pretzels. She also told me that there is a wait of 10 minutes for the fresh ones. I thanked her and told her that 10 minutes is not an issue at all. Based on purchase made on Monday, March 1, 2021 @ 6pm. Pretzels were way thinner than regular Auntie Anne's standards (I've tried multiple locations in NY, PA, DC, MD, and VA). I wanted to use my birthday reward and a few Pretzel Perks rewards I have been saving up for my family. 2 employees said the system only lets them scan 1 coupon per person every 6 hours.
