350 g. retail bag. Pine, green apple, juicy acidity This is a classic Colombia type smooth, full, tart, with that long characteristic finish.
Costa Rica La Minita 12 oz.
350 g. retail bag. Full bodied, sweet, long finish; bright. La Minita has been one of our most consistently exceptional coffees since Bill McAlpin first brought his farm's coffee up to the US in 1988. Although our availability has been more limited recently, the quality we buy is still the very best. Like you would expect from La Minita, this coffee is bright and full bodied, with a sweet, lasting finish. The longer, less aggressive sun drying process also yields additional complexity to this classic cup.
Beowulf Blend 12 oz.
350 g. retail bag. Crisp, sweet, full bodied, with a bright finish. Beowulf blend is Oren's espresso blend. It brews an incredibly long-flavored espresso that's exceptionally full-bodied and sweet. If you've invested in a high-end espresso machine, this blend will make you glad you spent every penny. Beowulf is made up of Colombia, Kenya, and Burundi and the coffees are roasted together. Although it is similar in color to a Viennese roast, our espresso roast is specifically crafted to produce a sweet and clean shot. Our Beowulf blend also makes an excellent drip coffee the perfect end to a nice meal.
City Blend 12 oz.
350 g. retail bag. Medium body with a very smooth finish. The City Blend is our lightest roast. It is blended from 2 fine varietals. They're not just blend 1/2 and 1/2. Rather, they're blended in a 70%, 30% proportion. The special proportions of this blend create a surprising complexity to this medium-bodied coffee. It's one of our few blends that is pre-blended before roasting.
NYC Blend 12 oz.
350 g. retail bag. Full bodied and subtly sweet. A tough resilient blend. A combination of beans that come from three vastly different regions of the world, this brew- like New York City has many diverse aspects: a huge aroma, yet a cup that is full-bodied, while at the same time ever so sweet, 1/4 Papua New Guinea; 1/4 Ethiopia Yirgacheffe; 1/2 Colombia.
Penelope Blend 12 oz.
350 g. retail bag. Sweet floral fragrance, notes of ripe plum and honey, and a bright juicy acidity. Penelope's Blend is crafted with a delicate balance in mind. This blend is sweet and fragrant from the Colombia, floral and light honey from the Guatemala, and the Burundi provides just enough bright acidity without being overpowering. A blend that is worth an odyssey. This blend also works well as a modern light roast espresso a much brighter and citrus forward counterpoint to our Beowulf house espresso.

Great coffee! Came here to catchup with a friend and really enjoyed the coffee and spacious digs. Friend also didn’t disappoint. Plus, an A+ barista, really knows how to make a mean latte. Come for the coffee, stay for the vibes. Maybe bring a friend.

I like the matcha it's not sugary and it's genuine. Order ahead doesn't work though, I can't choose ASAP on the app and the order didn't go to the store. I wanted to pick it up on my way out.

This cafe is beautiful and the service was good. However if you’re looking for matcha this place may not be the one to serve it. I got one with oatmilk and flavored syrup. Taste was sort of watery and color of the matcha was very light. Hopefully it improves
