Went for the honey pork bun and the small Thai fries. The bun is really small. You can see my finger in the photo for size comparison. Everything was very tasty though. It's like having a sweet bacon sandwich. Next time I might order a bucket instead. The Thai fries had a good amount of seasoning and was good with the included mayo. I got dessert in Alamo Drafthouse later so I'm glad the portions weren't big. Gave me room. Expensive though.

Everyone has a sandwich they think about for the rest of their lives. Mine is the Grilled Honey Pork sandwich from Baby’s Buns & Buckets. I was in Brooklyn for two days for a conference and I ate there twice. I would have went more times, but my group wanted to “see the rest of New York.” 🙄

The grilled chicken bucket is soooo good!! The atmosphere was pretty chill, and they have their own reserved seating. I got the grilled chicken bucket and literally every part of it was delicious. The rice is so flavorful, the grilled chicken has a nice smokey flavor, the coleslaw is refreshing and mixes well with the rest of the bucket, the greens taste like greens LOL but it balances everything nicely, and the cilantro adds a nice flavor!
