I order often from here - when someone ask on the phone calling in an order is the Fruit Salad fresh - they mean fresh within a day or two not 4 days old.

Dear Bagel Villa,You been taking my money for the past 7 years and I can't stop giving it to you. Since I first moved in I have checked out all the nearby coffee/sandwich spots and you have been the BEST one. Either breakfast or lunch you been there. My family wish we can order everyday from you but 5/7 days is pretty close. I write to say thank you. As we are about to move we hope to make it back as early and often. Excellent bagels and customer service! They forgot one of our bagels and after we called they sent two more immediately.
Best bagels, sandwiches, food..everything! Place is always clean & food is always fresh. Joe is the man & that whole wheat onion Bagel creation- is lifeee!! My only complaint- wish they were open later☺️

It seem like every time I place an order it's never prepared the way I asked. I don't know if who ever takes the order is hard of hearing or just don't care about their customer. Especially a customer who calls them REGULARLY. I always tip the delivery person but in the last few Weeks my order is either not don't correctly or something is missing. I don't think I want to order from here again. The young lady that take the order need to check her attitude when dealing with customers service.
