I ordered 6 bagels, half a pound of cream cheese and half a pound of whitefish salad. They gave me half a pound of tuna, 4 of the bagels were the wrong kind, and the total was $86. I was there *in person* doing the ordering and didn't realize that they had made so many mistakes until I got home and it was too late. In retrospect it seemed like the woman didn't know what I meant by whitefish, which seems like a prerequisite for working at a bagel place in NY.

Good bagel spots abound in the big apple, and I fell in love with this one: food, the morning bustle, and the cozy-supreme cat queening in the window (super chill, don’t worry about any health code violations. It’s Brooklyn, baby!)

Locals frequent this establishment, not a tourist destination. Has much more than bagels! Have a fresh cooked breakfast, or hot bagel with eggs, avocado, ham.. your way.
Offers smoothies, coffees, fresh baked breads, etc.
Large portion sizes. There was a very friendly guy, the ladies were doing their jobs so no complaints.
I do think I was over charged.. not sure the lady that rang me up was familiar with the menu options.
Overall a good experience to eat at a local place. Food was decent. I'd recommend for a quick stop.

There is no way to know the prices in this place (no menu, no indication on the board) except when you make it to the cashier and end up paying $11 for a pretty basic bagel. Won’t be returning.
The bagels have always been good, but the past few times I've been they've asked if I want the bagel toasted. Despite saying no, it gets toasted anyway, ruining an otherwise good bagel and forcing me to eat hot cream cheese.

I really want to like this place but the bagels are consistently stale, out of many cream cheese flavors, and not cheap.

Made my own custom smoothie and ordered a bagel sandwich turkey egg on egg bagel everything was good and had good service. There’s a cat in there looking so cute too.
Stopped in while doing a tasting tour of Smith St. I wanted to get a NY style bagel while visiting from Florida and loved the Everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, which was recommended, and an iced coffee. Both were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful in helping us select them. Highly recommend this place! 🌞

Neighborhood gem!!! We stopped in this weekend for a bagel after moving into the neighborhood. I wasn’t sure what to expect given the reviews, but I was impressed. The bagels were soft, melt in your mouth perfection. The cream cheese was delicious. We even got to meet Bagel, the shop cat, who was extra sweet and wanted pets. AND, it was very affordable. New favorite place!

Giving 1 star for the lack of food. I mean I spent 11.25$ on breakfast here and this is the egg and cheese bagel I get with barely any eggs and mayo too . You guys used to be real good back in the day even for the price. Now you get this bare minimum amount of food for a lot of money. I don’t get. Makes me miss F line bagels real bad !

Not only are the bagels fantastic, the staff is super friendly AND there is a sweet cat who lives in the shop and is always napping by the window.
