Wow did I just eat the best and most underrated bagel in NY? I think so! Absolutely fantastic. Perfect size, crunch on the outside soft in the inside. I am mouth watering as I am typing.

I've taken people here from 3 boroughs, all agree this is the best bagel in New York. The price, flavor, service, everything perfect. But the Bagels, are soft, chewy, crispy, incredible. Best bagel I've had on earth and I've had them all.

Got a bagel toasted with cream cheese it broke apart like a cracker. Has to be frozen dough. No way they make bagels fresh every day. And the iced coffee tastes like diesel fuel

They incorrectly charged me and wanted to run my card again for $2. I don’t know any other place that does this. They also don’t have their prices listed. Extremely deceiving. I could’ve been a repeat customer however vibes are not it.

Went in there today there was a sign that said club sandwiches 9.75 under said special with soda and chips they said that's not correct I told them the sign needs to be taken off or the part under with the special needs to be taken off the manager which I assume was the owner was very dismissive and rude about it I will not be going back
Just spent almost $6 for a bagel that barely has any dried tomato tofu spread on it. Every bagel place I usually go to are generous with the cream cheese/ tofu because that is why you pay so much for a bagel. But at this place, I barely got anything on my bagel and the spread didn’t taste fresh. I’m disappointed and will ne be going back ??

It’s really hard for me to believe that this place only has 4.1 stars! Food is phenomenal,everything from the croissants, bagels, sandwiches and the freshest salads. Also the portions are great especially for the price. I highly recommend the smith street salad. I also placed a large order online for our office and when we got the order, nothing was missing.
