Nice interior design and good wines! Food and service questionable. Good first date spot.

The drinks here are all solid. Their martinis, both gin and vodka, are particularly good.
I also recommend the pelmenis on the food menu. Actually fantastic as a dinner option.
Also the space is a good size for a nyc bar. They have a small garden area, a large indoor area, and several seats street-side.
The indoor area initially felt a bit dark and austere for a summer drink but it actually really softens once you sit down.

I ordered a glass of wine here and there was clearly something off with it, it was acidic and tasted like dirt. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to replace the glass of wine or take it off the bill after the waitress agreed it was awful and not right. Incredibly poor service for the prices we are paying I expect more. Will not be returning i recommend others stay far away get your wine, food and whatever else ANYWHERE ELSE. (There is a cute wine shop on the opposite side of the street)

This bar is beautiful, cocktails are great. DO NOT GO FOR EVENTS. I think it’s the last Wednesday of every month. Just sat through the most liberal art pseudo intellectual experimental garbage my ears have ever suffered through. Again the drinks are great, the food is also great, but Christ if I could get my 10 bucks back from the door cover I would. Otherwise great

Great cocktail bar with delicious food! All the cocktails we had were delicious, we especially enjoyed the pickled martini! We were most impressed by the food, the meat dumplings with dill were delicious, and very reasonably priced!

I wanted to like this place but honestly the drinks are mid for the price you’re paying. The thing I hate the most is the air quality and temperature (both summers and winters). No air flow and so humid the windows literally fog up. Feels like you’re inside a green house. Also they should staff 2 bartenders esp on busy nights. Sometimes takes 20m to get your drink

My top recommendation when people ask for my favorite bar in NYC. The perfect high end hidden neighborhood bar. I love that it was created by an art+literary organization I love called E-flux.

One of my favorite bar in nyc!Delicious drinks, fantastic sound system and music programming just one of the kind. Crowd is very artistic and got some retro futuristic look.
