This restaurant was absolutely incredible. It started when our waiter, Edison, from Ecuador greeted us and we had a very nice conversation with him, about his life, family and time in NYC. We started with Guacamole and chips. It was absolutely yummy. When our daughter arrived, we all ordered Shrimp tacos, which were delicious. Edison introduced me to the owner, Petru, from Moldavia, as I am a Google map contributer. What a very nice man, he came to our table and we talked for about 45 minutes. As a result, we were given free churros, so tasty, free shots(mine non-alcoholic) and my husband and daughter, free Drinks ,called Palomas. This Bar/restaurant is the foremost tequila/mescal place in Brooklyn! The bartender, Uriel was a really sweet man, also. This beautiful place will be one of our places to visit, when we are in Brooklyn!

My girlfriends and I celebrated my friends 31st here and it is one of the hidden gems in Brooklyn. The food is amazing! The drinks are exactly right and their margaritas are just perfection. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Overall great place for a quiet dinner or a big birthday celebration! Highly recommend!

This place is THE spot for Mexican food. We stumbled upon this gem after going shuffle boarding at Royal Palms. A quick Google search eventually brought us here. The owner/manager was super nice on the phone and had a table ready for us.Food - everything was amazing. I didn’t have one dish I didn’t like. We did family style because our group wasn’t too hungry but once we tried the food we all wanted more. We had the Enchiladas with to die for green sauce, shrimp, fish, and chicken tacos that were all amazing, and mushroom/short rib quesadillas. Even the guac was some of the best I’ve ever had. The flavors were authentic and to die for. We didn’t have drinks but the cocktail menu looked fire. They also had a margarita mocktail which I appreciatedThe service was super attentive and patient and the vibes were right.

The food was delicious, a nice pairing of flavours in each tacos. The atmosphere of the bar is very nice, dark, and friendly. Music not too loud, discussion friendly. The only reason i removed a stat is that it is very pricey and you only get 3 tacos per order so it’s difficult to share. Other than that, very good dining experience!
