About Bark Barbecue

Bark Barbecue is a place that offers delicious barbecue with huge portions. The sides are tea. Many people say it is better than other spots. The meats are fantastic. Brisket, pulled pork and ribs are excellent. The carnitas portion is small and there are fewer side options, especially vegetables. Customers line up to order and then have to wait for drinks separately, which can ruin the experience. The water station only has thimble size disposable cups, and the setup makes it hard to get a drink. The space is huge and beautiful, but the service feels like a cafeteria. Some suggest adding large bottles, pitchers, glassware and pre‑set plates to tables to make it easier to order and drink. The vibe is chill and the food is decently priced. Families love the macand cheese, rice and plantains, and even order ribs to take home. The staff is friendly and engaging, and the atmosphere is eclectic and lively. Many return for more. It gets hectic during peak hours, so early dinner is recommended. The drink selection is weak, with only beers and cocktails that are yuzu and soju based, which some find very weak. Customers say it is comparable to a grill master. The location is close to home for many, making it convenient. It is a good place for a family. Overall, Bark Barbecue offers tasty barbecue latin fusion that is worth a visit.

Delicious food selection. Great place to go with a group of friends or date to share the food.
I don’t even like bbq but this place is DELICIOUS and I have been back a few times. Huge portions and the sides are tea. Better than terry blacks in Austin 100%. Their like needs a little more organization but they’re new so I’m sure they will figure it out
The food was super flavorful. I didn't use a drop of barbecue sauce. The cornbread is the showstopper for me, so flavorful with a hint of cinnamon in it.
