This place truly BLOWS. The only thing consistent is that they never get my order exactly right. They didn’t even deliver it last time but the app said my two scoops — such a complicated order!!!!! — were delivered. Unbelievable how they consistently have staff who clearly don’t care AT ALL and simultaneously never enough of any one product. Don’t waste your time or money! Too many of my late night cravings have been foiled by this pathetic excuse for an ice cream shop. Ugh!

Ordered two custom cakes for my daughter’s birthday party and both came out exactly as requested. Begum took our order in person a few days before I needed it and even called me to confirm and clarify when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted. The app didn’t work for me for what I wanted and I did have to make a trip to the store in person to speak with someone. But when I did they were very helpful. Pretty sure she charged me a few dollars less than what it would have been had I ordered through the app. All in all a good experience and my daughter loved her cakes.

Best deal is to come after 2pm and get a $2 medium latte, cold brew, or whatever cheap deal they are doing in the afternoon

Great experience here I just came from Basket Robbins to get ice cream and Kamil did a great job and was well respectful and was full of energy he explained to me what favlors you guys had and even had me taste samples which I was really impressed I will definitely visit more often .
