The Dreadlocked pasta which is their version of Rasta Pasta was nothing but penne pasta swimming in a sea of cheese sauce with carrots and peppers added as an afterthought because they did not taste cooked. I can’t speak on the Customer Service however, my friend who picked up the food did say it was lacking and based on some of the other reviews I can believe that

You have no idea what they are doing! The speed of doing things is slower than a snail. You never know how long you need to wait. For business, you go to Times Square once and come back, the order is not ready! I feel unworthy of your boss.

I was told that I couldn't have my dog inside of the establishment AFTER waiting about 5 to 10min trying to figure out the food I wanted. Once I placed my order the lady at the register tells me my puppy can't be inside so I suggested to pay then wait outside for the order to be fully made since the other lady already started to plate my food and the lady behind the register told me NO . That's mistreatment towards me as a costumer and I been here before. I could have got my food with a warning instead of a full denial.. I WONT BE BACK HERE

Fried chicken was so hard and tasted like it was made two days ago. Seafood Mac was horrible. Burned and rubbery shrimp. Not worth the money. And the staff is always rude

The food here never disappoints and its also a plus that they offer buy one get one if you order online through the uber eats app. Out of all the locations recently this only hands down has been the best tasting.

The food was okay. But the service was bad!! This is my first time here and I was met with rudeness by an older woman employee. I don’t know nor did I see a menu. I ordered a catfish plate and the employee asked me “one or two?” I said “two pieces please.” I thought she was referring to the pieces of fish. I was wrong and I was almost charged $56 dollars. I said “no I’m not paying that”and the employee rolled her eyes and was upset at me for her not being specific and the menu. But she as the employee should have been specific. Instead of her co-worker coming in to help she laughed and looked uninterested to help out. Luckily the manager came in and cleared things up. But still for someone who is has never been there they really need to work on their service because I can take my money elsewhere. Miscommunication happens but quick solutions should be the answer not attitudes and rude behaviour. I will not be coming back:)

Food isn't worth the unprofessionalism. They don't mark things as sold out but yet don't give refunds. EVERY SINGLE LOCATION is confused and unorganised. You order for pickup to avoid waiting but as soon as you place the order they mark it as ready and then as picked up, but when you get there it isnt even packaged or ready.
