The fruit on my cheese plate had mold, the beer was flat and there were flies. The cheese was great, and the spicy honey was great, and I would definitely buy that separately.

Presented a large selection of domestic and imported cheeses as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff that were happy to help me in making my selections. Also a plus were samples cut to sizes large enough to really taste and take in the aroma of each cheese as I selected the ones I wanted to buy. If anything I would have liked to see a larger selection of cured meats, but it was still quite serviceable. Overall, a great cheese shop and experience.

Food is good but service is subpar and has gotten worse lately. Tried to call in an order for pickup- was on hold for 15 minutes. Went into the shop to order to go- after waiting for 20 minutes I was told they were out of one of the items. Ordered something to replace it and asked for no meat- still meat on it. Total of 40 minutes. in the shop for 2 simple items. No offer for discount or refund. Get it together.

Ordered delivery from them. They called back saying they don't have the item in stock. I said ok, please cancel and provide a full refund, which they said yes to. Well guess what, they did not refund the delivery fee or tip, and have not been answering their phone all day. I will not support this business anymore or recommend them to anyone.
