Is this physical location still open, or are the hours completely off? Two separate Saturdays I went to visit their store at noon, and no one was there. I tried calling, and no one picked up. Seems like another reviewer had the same experience.

Great rare teas and the packaging is gorgeous, perfect for gift giving. Young staff knows their teas

A cozy spot with delicious and diverse selection of loose teas. It’s expensive but worth the $$ in my opinion. I’m on my second box of earl grey, Im cherishing every cup. Love this place, warm and friendly staff.

Come all the way from queens to buy tea, but the store was closed without any notice. Also there was a note saying the opening hour is from 12-3pm. My arrival time was 1pm that day. Called and no one answered. It’s quite a disappointing experience and also wasting time on my PTO

Friendly and knowledgable staff! Eastern and western teas as well as some tea accessories available

Been coming here since it opened. Changes with the seasons. Bougie, but worth it if you are a tea enthusiast. National Parks Department remains the best blended black tea I've ever had.

I experienced a negative delivery situation however, their customer service is AMAZING! So professional and quick to respond to the situation. They took away the bitter aftertaste of the experience. I genuinely believe it was an accident now and am giving the business the benefit of the doubt now!

I had a very unsatisfactory customer service experience. An order I placed 11 days ago never shipped. Bellocq did not inform me about the delay, and their website even displayed it had been fulfilled. Had to finally call them on the phone, only to find out that the whole order was on hold because one of the items was out of stock. The order was a gift, and unfortunately will not arrive in time for the occasion it was meant for. Customer service was also lackluster as they offered me a replacement, with a refund for the shipping cost and price difference. Expected a better run operation given how much their teas cost and their reputation.

The most beautiful tea shop in nyc! They have been in this location where there is nothing here. Carry large sections of tea, some of really sophisticated tea can be find here. It’s heaven for tea!

Decent tea but the quality has gone down over the years. Tons of sticks and stems in the green tea that I got shipped to me.

It's a very stylish space. The price is high, so it's suitable as a gift. Please be careful as the area around the store is not very popular.

Tucked away behind an industrial facade in Greenpoint is this dreamy, atmospheric haven for tea lovers. High quality teas in the most beautiful yellow or blue tea-caddies. Bellocq’s teas makes for perfect self indulgence or gift!
