Stopped by earlier today to have the usual and just wanted to give my input on such a place. Bagels here are exceptional, I always stop by at least twice a week. Although seats are limited the atmosphere is great. Awesome customer service.

I’ve stopped here as a last resort this morning because I love the food but hate the curly haired cashier that is super disrespectful, but when I came this morning everything was amazing. James took my order and was so polite I forgot I was at the same store. Note to everyone… if you see that girl, just dip and go back on a Sunday.

Ordered pick up through their website, came in, and they don’t have that order. (Yes, the address in the confirmation is correct: 536 Myrtle) There is no way to cancel the order, since in the confirmation they give you the number of the store, where they are telling me they don’t have that order. No other number or email is provided.
I just spent my time and $60 with a TIP with no way to cancel or contact them.

Food was mid, I’ve had better bagels and the scallion cream cheese barely had any scallion in it. Also it wasn’t even hot and servers were kinda rude when hanging me my order, I got a big sandwich and they seemed kinda upset abt it idk, for an $18 bagel sandwich I felt I got scammed.

I had a horrible experience with there food. Today I had ordered a acai bowl for me and my sister to share. When I opened it, I was shocked because there was nothing on top and was super watery and warm. It was nasty and made me throw up and most of it fell out when I opened it. I was super sick after. My little sister tried and it gave her a fever. I wish I was joking but if I knew this I would of saved myself 13.57. I think the girl at the register that handed me knew because it looked like she wanted to laugh cause who the hell would eat that. That is not an acai bowl! Please do better or I’ll report this to the food administration because that could cause food poisoning!

Limited countertop seating, menu is a little hard to read. There's a section that says "spreads" but I wasn't clear that the prices are in addition to the bagel price until my bagel with tofu lox spread rang up as $6.00. The spread cost more than the bagel! It was a generously thick portion, though, and honestly better than the bagel!

The bagels are great. Disorganized delivery option and got my order wrong. There was no communication after 45m so I called the store. They contacted the driver then called me back. They said the driver tried to call me (he didn't). I got the delivery after an hour but it was wrong. Bacon egg and cheese became an egg on a bagel. The half dozen bagels I ordered appear to be correct.

Ive since spoken with management they were very apologetic, and reassured me that I will be happy with my future deliveries, and that they would’ve gladly provided me with another sandwich. Everyone deserves a second chance and because Bagels’s and sandwiches are usually top tier. I most diffinently will be ordering from Bergen Bagels again.
