The lady who service me was very aggressive and talked bad about the food she didn't let me know that the sandwich was a hot sandwich (I don't like hot sandwiches) BUT the sandwich she made me was popping, I can't lie that was a good sandwich.

Jimmy John's is a popular sandwich shop known for its delicious and consistent sandwiches, with the JJBLT often being a favorite. The store features the plain yet "magical" bread and quick, friendly service that keeps customers coming back. Recently, a new general manager has made a positive impression by quickly resolving a missed delivery, re-delivering the sandwiches, and including free cookies and chips. Customers who visit the store for takeout or dine inside enjoy fresh ingredients and tasty sandwiches. However, some have noted that staff conversations can sometimes be unpleasant, with rude remarks about food delivery people. Despite that, the overall experience remains enjoyable, and many appreciate the friendly staff and thoughtful management.
