The perfect rendition of a NY slice shop with excellent pizza. Have been here multiples times and while the pizza is good and has good flavor, the price doesn't justify the slice as Best Pizza's slices are so thin that you at least need 3-4 slices to even feel full. Another thing is the consistency, every time I eat here the pizza is a bit different and never the same, which is not what you want from a pizza joint. The white slice is very good, and overall all their slices are decent but slices and whole pies are a bit more expensive than most places in Williamsburg / Greenpoint. The restaurant itself is in need of a make over or cleaning as I rarely eat inside due to the fact there are barely any tables and even if one opens up it is never wiped or cleaned and all you see is pizza crust crumbs all over the table you're about to eat at.

I've always wanted to eat here after watching Frank on YouTube. A lot of people raved about his pizza being the best, so we came on a Saturday a few mins after they opened. Inside felt very rustic and cozy. You can see they have a wood fire oven behind the counter. We ordered a regular slice (4), pepperoni slice ($4.75), and grandma slice ($5.25). They also had complimentary water near their condiments area. I'm not sure if it was because they just opened for the day, but we were disappointed by the pizzas. The slices had a nice crust (springy interior with crunchy exterior), but weren't hot despite being taken out of the oven... The cheese and grandma slice were just okay. My favorite of the 3 was their pepperoni slice. The pepperoni was crisp and flavorful.
