Probably one of the worst cafés I have ever been to. Not sure why they served me if they were closing and wouldn’t be able to help me with a problem. I ordered iced coffee and it was extremely bitter and just horrible. When I asked if they had anything else, the blonde guy said no we’re closed everyone has to leave. It didn’t even matter that I tipped. Never again.

Worst cappuccino I’ve had in the city. And they charge $5.25 for it. Just no. It just sucks.

Cute coffee shop in Williamsburg.Croissant wasn’t as flakey as I would have liked but their chocolate cookie was amazing. Paired perfectly with my oat latte.

Came here around 3pm on a Saturday and there wasn’t a line. We were able to grab the last available table though, so it was a well visited spot. They had lots of pastries options and a large selection of teas. It was perfect for a girls coffee date to just sit down and talk.

No fuss spot to get some work and grab caffeine with a treat! Canopy and croissant was good

Loved this place when it opened, but quality has really gone downhill. Just ordered a black coffee and it's too bitter to drink, plus it was lukewarm! With the number of great coffee shops nearby you'd think they'd try to meet the competition halfway.

I am staying at a hotel nearby and took a stroll to find coffee and came across Bianco Latte. Coffee was delicious, Bacon, Egg and Cheese Crossaint was on point and I stayed to do some work in a great atmosphere and a red velvet cake! I highly recommend!

I was super excited to try Bianco Latte, as I've been on the lookout for excellent pastries and traditional Italian coffee. I got a small cappuccino and a croissaint with what I thought was chocolate. It looked great from the outside, but it turned out to be smothered in nutella. I had my order "for here". The croissant extremely difficult to eat, especially over a small paper plate with the nutella overpowering the pastry. It was stale as well, which contributed to the mess :( The cappuccino made a fighting attempt to be traditional. But given the small takeout cup it was in, it was only foam for the first 5 sips. I'm hesitant to come back based on this, the dessert pastries might be better

This cafe is great because it's very spacious and not crowded. There is a lot of lighting because the window is very large and essentially comprises the entire wall. There are also a lot of outlets and a clean bathroom. I've only tried the vanilla latte and it was too sweet for me, so I will get a regular latte next time.

The rudest barista I've ever seen. I'm not sure why she's in service. We went 12/3 around 3:30. My son pointed to a treat he wanted and she immediately yelled at him not to touch the glass. Rather than take our order she huffed and puffed over to get Windex. Then she continued to yell out people's orders so loud and rude. A full hour before closing she yelled to the coffee shop that they were closing in an hour (a fullhour) and that we needed to use the bathroom now. she actually yelled to adults to use the bathroom. A full hour before closing. Then yelled that she would not make any more espresso. Again, a full hour before closing, just yelling at people. she was so rude and so disgruntled. I won't be back.

The staff was very friendly. The pastry was great. The quality of the latte was good as well. The atmosphere was nice as no one was rushing to making order or rushing the barista to get the coffee. It is a good place for relax, get some work done while enjoy a cup of coffee.
