Really hard to find great customer service in a fast paced nyc. Great customer service . Great food. Tasty and more than enough. That means youre getting your money worth. We had the pleasure of eating here for my birthday weekend. The food is absolutely amazing! We both had oxtail with white rice. The waitress, Nyesha was superb! Customer service is on point! Definitely recommend you dining in at Bird Pepper.

Food was good the setup is a little weird. Bar area is not that great. They do the best they could with what they got. Price point is like the city. Would go here often if portions were bigger. Great place for a night out but not happy hour.
