Food was outstanding, especially the smoked brisket, as well as the ribs. The staff was very friendly. We had a reservation for 4 on a very busy Saturday before a concert at Barclays and arrived 20 minutes early. They got us drinks while we waited. When space became available at the bar, we swapped out our table reservation and ate at there. The bartenders were wonderful but a little less attentive than had we come on a less busy night. Morgan's is a barbecue restaurant in Flatbush in Brooklyn. It's got a few big tables outside and about a dozen tables inside with a bar area as well. They have a good sized menu and prices are what's expected but portion sizes are decent. They have good pours, with good deals on the frozen drinks. Fried chicken and waffles was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great spot for just drinks or food as well. Also, their music selection was absolutely amazing- great ambiance.
Went to Morgan's before a concert at Barclays. The food was great and the server was super nice. The only issue was that we were in a really tight spot (table wise). Definitely try the candied bacon.
