The apple flavored stake was delicious. However I really didn't like the the side dish that came with it. The string beans tasted like they came from a frozen pack not fresh produce. They looked and tasted too mushi. I always had a great experience at this place in the past. I'm not sure why would they use frozen veggies to make a side dish;(

I was at a restaurant for a meeting. I arrived in the evening. The restaurant was packed. I ordered the pizza with chicken and the filet mignon and a few other starters. The cauliflower was excellent. The pizza with chicken was simply a disaster. From the dough to the overly sweet sauce on the chicken, the waiter came up to me and asked me if everything was okay because we only ate one triangle of the pizza. I said it was overly sweet and he immediately said he would fix it after 15-20 minutes. He came back with the same pizza and the same sauce and told me that it was less sweet now. I already felt uncomfortable returning it and just left it on the table. The filet mignon that arrived was hard and chewy, which is supposed to be the highest quality cut. In conclusion: I don't understand why this restaurant is packed. I've eaten at much better restaurants. The service was excellent, but it felt a little too much. You drink a sip from the glass of water and the waiter already came over to fill you up (for me it was too much, some people like it). The place was clean, including the toilets. The price was a little high for my taste, until I didn't I hear the place has improved, but I don't see myself returning to this restaurant...

Excellent service. The food is provided fresh, hot and delicious. The atmosphere and vibes here are amazing with a touch of classic music in the background. The steakhouse menu presents a variety of foods including a salmon dish, which is unbelievable since not all steakhouse restaurants provide that. The staff are phenomenal in assisting with order selection, refilling the water, and cleaning the tables. I'll definitely be returning here again. Perfect spot to bring a date, spouse or family to this nice elegant restaurant.

We had an incredible dining experience at The Steakhouse Bison in Bourbon. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic; the staff was attentive, welcoming, and made the evening feel special.
The only slight letdown was the cocktails. While they were crafted well, the restaurant seemed a bit stingy with the alcohol content. A little more generosity in the pour would take the drinks to the next level and better complement the amazing food.
Parking can be tricky in the area, but the quality of the food and service makes it worth the effort. Overall, a great spot I’d highly recommend for a memorable meal!

We drove 30 minutes to get here and they said you never called witch I did and they totally kicked us out in the rain disgusting service I promise I’ve never received such bad service
