this place was cozy as hell. the service was incredible. the food was superb. the menu was unique but approachable and comforting and not overwhelming. UGH i love it. i will be going back asap. ❤️❤️❤️

A cozy cabin retreat with a wonderful wine selection, yummy snacks, and great prices! To me, this is the perfect spot for a solo evening at the bar, a date night in the front courtyard, or a dinner by the fire.

Wine and atmosphere were top notch. Dillon was either having an off night or grumpy in general. He was dismissive to a person near my friend and I. Then later asked me to deal with my friend. I was not near my friend to witness the issue; I also am not running the bar to manage it. This is where Dillon comes into play. He seems to be responsible, but not able to disengage an issue by himself. Being asked to "deal with my friend" is not my responsibility; I am a customer. She came back after using the restroom and the tables and exterior seemed to be unaffected. So I am still curious why Dillon asked me to disengage my friend. Once my friend came back, still seeming in control of her actions, Dillon delivered water and the check. I walked to the bar and told Dillon that there was a better way to deal with this and he just stared at me and said "ok". This is a weird way to spend a Friday. I'll choose a different more accepting spot.

Cute spot with great service and food. Sat outside on an unseasonably warm night with some friends, and it was really lovely. We enjoyed the meatballs and goat cheese tart

Came here on a whim on a cool fall evening and had such a lovely time sitting out by their wood burning fireplace. We got red wine and truffle Mac n cheese, both really hit the spot with the beautiful outdoor ambiance, it felt like we were upstate!

Kid-friendliness: We came in on a rainy day to celebrate a birthday with friends, with our 9 month old in tow, and were instantly given the cold shoulder and treated like an inconvenience, despite only two or three other tables being occupied. We were told we needed to move tables THREE times, even after being seated by their staff. It’s Boerum Hill, Brooklyn - people have kids, and should not be made to feel like outsiders when bringing said (well-behaved) baby along for a meal.

Great food and drinks! The atmosphere is really cozy! But the service was not good. We had to get their attention for everything from getting seated, to ordering our meal, drinks, and desert, and clearing things. Seemed like an understaffing problem, more than neglectful servers.

Love that I found this place. Value priced wines, great meatballs and chocolate bread pudding paired with a dark wine is omgah. Drake and Hannah are great servers and make you feel like home.
