I understand what it’s like to deal with people behind the counter all day every day. I do it too. I try to be friendly as possible and I was met with such contempt it actually surprised me and made paying $7 for a hot chocolate so much worse.. plus it took 15 minutes to make. It seemed short staffed which made me feel bad but I’m glad I’m not the only one that felt like I was being treated badly for existing as a customer. Oh well
