The Levee is exactly what a great dive bar should be. No frills, no pretentiousness—just a relaxed atmosphere, ice-cold drinks, and some of the best prices you'll find in Williamsburg. The best dive bar in Brooklyn! Was thoroughly impressed with the vast selection and great prices. The pool table was pristine and the place was super clean for a dive. The entire staff must have great taste of music, they know how to play to the crowd. Stepped in to cool off and ended up staying all day and night.
What a warm welcoming place! It has the og Brooklyn feel with an incredible staff and great prices. The bartender Peter was especially kind helping sort out a mistake with another patron and had plenty of good conversational insights about the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back and support this establishment, in a rapidly developing and gentrifying landscape we all should support the original locales like these fighting the good fight.
