Awesome visit. Started with a tour and ended at Botanical. We got The Rarest Flight, Decadence VIII and the Rubarbo. Plus we got hot honey peanuts and monkey bread. Drinks, food and service were awesome. Highly recommend!

The focaccia topped with feta, honey, and Calabrian chilis is all I want as a bar snack—it's perfect. The Lion Skull and Distiller Coffee cocktails are two of the best in the city. The bar staff is wonderful; from manager Jacob to bartenders Justin, Matt, Matt 2, and bar backs Sammy and Danny, they all bring their own unique talents to the table and are wonderful human beings

1/5/25 our third time here and today we sat for a flight and bourbon shortbreads. Greg did not like the pumpkin bourbon too grassy and hard to finish. The other two were very good. He skipped the finest flight as all three are already in our home. The staff here is awesome and if you love Widow Jane it’s a must stop. Have taken the tour and really enjoyed it! Small cozy bar space.

Cocktails are complex and unique. We’ve come back a few times and tried other drinks on the menu and none have disappointed us so far. I really like the more dark atmosphere with the mysterious aesthetic. The whiskey flights are fun and well-priced, too. Gorgeous place.

I really enjoyed my evening of cocktails at Botanica. The location is spectacular, and the staff is even more so. The cocktails are fun and creative, and there’s nothing better than enjoying some cocktails down by the sunset in Red Hook. I recommend the old-fashioned, especially if it is a chilly day.

It was very loud and small inside, they have a wide variety of drinks, especially ones with their house spirits which is cool.
Vegetarian options: They have a couple different small snack foods, I think most are vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, it's a bar haha.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would be hard to maneuver a wheelchair inside, and I believe there is a step at the door.

We stopped in for a couple of drinks and flights. I've been a big fan of Widow Jane 10yr bourbon, but I haven't had the chance to try many others in my area.I tried a flight with Lucky 14, Decadence and The Vaults.All were good, but by a landslide I lived The Vaults. It's a blend of their oldest bourbons and aged a second time.Everyone with me enjoyed their cocktails.It's a cool space with a cool and knowledgeable staff.9

Cocktails here are incredible. I’m not even a whiskey drinker, but everything I’ve had is delicious. The bar is nice, but I’d prefer being able to drink in the actual distillery.
