Boutros Reviews
Want to make your pallet dance? Of course you do! Boutros is the place to go from their tantalizing cocktails to their original baba ghanoush and falafel you’ll be simply amazed. Old school, traditional recipes with a twist of new flare. Mikey is a wizard for creating his cocktails. I had the pleasure of trying two of them that he created after thinking about them for 12 years and I highly recommend them the Garlic Gibson and the Bitter tree, both are amazing.

Boutros is a popular spot for Middle Eastern cuisine, offering a lovely ambiance and great servers who recommend delicious dishes. The restaurant is perfect for sharing family-style meals. Favorites include the special Labneh, short rib shawarma, and short rib humus with pita. The menu also features mezze and modern twists on traditional Middle Eastern dishes. Recently, guests enjoyed inventive dishes like batata, brussels sprouts with almond butter tahini, and a unique fatoush salad that re-invented common ingredients with bursts of flavor. The food is excellent, with dishes that are well presented and full of flavor. The drinks, including cocktails like the Garlic Gibson and Zahlawi made with arak and limoncello, are creative and well-balanced. Service remains friendly and attentive, making it a highly recommended place for those seeking a modern and adaptive take on Lebanese cuisine.
