Really enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches! The eggs were super fluffy and the bread was perfectly toasted, all the way to the edges.
The strawberry cake in the mason jar was also delicious!

The gumbo? It's not so good. The flavor was there. Unfortunately, I put two and two together and realized it was heated in the microwave, but not enough.The one shrimp I had was still a little frozen while the broth was warm. There was nothing else except broth.It's very disappointing and a one-shot deal. Never again.

I've had the popcorn chicken and fish before, but baby yesterday I ordered the spinach chicken wrap "OMG" so good and fresh. I only ate half so I could save some for my husband to try. Well he was thoroughly impressed. Added plus this establishment is black owned in a neighborhood being taken over by gentrification. Support this restaurant. The food is fire as well as the owner.

I ordered chicken catfish and onion rings and fries. I never got my fries. And the onion rings where soggy and subpar. With that said the chicken and fish while not crispy was juicy and had flavor. I probably won’t come back but it’s worth a try if you live around the area
