I have a Falafel place in Westchester. We have been using their laffa for many years. It’s fresh, fluffy and delicious. Easy to work with, few rejects. They deliver and make wheat laffa for me. They are the best!
The pita is honestly the best. Very soft and easy to work with. We use to it stuff salad and shawarma. The pita doesn’t crumble and holds everything. Really good quality! Taste is delicious.
