Brooklyn Bridge Bistro is a solid choice if you’re looking for a relaxed, casual meal near the Brooklyn Bridge area—especially for lunch or brunch. While it may not stand out as a top‑tier culinary destination, it offers comfortable surroundings, decent food, and a convenient location. If you’re after peak service or the best value in NYC, you might keep expectations moderate.

Our waiter Dave, was also the maitre'D, the cook and the owner. A Friday night with plenty of diners, yet the restaurant ran smoothly and efficiently, some help called in sick. The inside is very well done, plenty of room between tables so never sounds loud. All pasta is home made and yes, you can tell the difference. Our food was plentiful and delicious. We ordered Fettuccine Pescatore and Fettuccine Salmone with calamari appetizer. Wine is offered only from a NJ vineyard, so Dave made us a very tasty sangria. I would have brought my own had I known it was BYOB. The dining experience was excellent and we plan on returning.

Unfortunately staff wasn’t particularly friendly, I felt very uncomfortable while getting a drink for take away.
Also, my drink was overpriced.

Came here recently, my friend ordered the french toast and he received the avocado toast. The food I ordered was good though beware, it seems they are adding the tip baked into the bill, and other reviewers on other platforms such as yelp are reporting the same. There is a separate line for tip as well at the end and the bill is not itemized as including an included tip. The service was also very slow though I had come in the morning working hours.

Loved this place. The food was fresh, hot and very flavorful. The chicken sandwich is a stand out and the home fries definitely exceeded expectations with finely diced peppers and onions and spices.

horrible experience. had a few questions about their drinks and it was the end of the world for them. absolutely horrendous service and the owner should be ashamed of how their establishment is being ran. blatantly ignoring customers. all because i asked what grade of matcha.

The food delights consistently and service enhances the experience. The team was cordial and quick to address needs. It sits in a good place with a welcoming team. Their food quality exceeds expectations consistently. I plan to revisit and explore more menu choices.

Medium-sized restaurant with decent waitresses. Sofia, was very attentive and friendly. The food satisfied. The menu was small and the wings were not that great. The chicken sandwich was pretty good.

Perhaps the worst meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I arrived around 12:30pm on a Tuesday and opted for the breakfast menu. Nothing fancy - scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast, with an unsweetened iced tea. The ice tea arrived with so much lemon (which I did not request) that the first sip was lemon pulp, seeds, and water. After about 20 minutes, my food arrived. I’m assuming these were powdered eggs (they didn’t look or taste like real eggs) that arrived cold. The bacon and potatoes were thrown in the fryer - bacon was crunchy/burnt and the potatoes were crunchy on the outside and mushy on the inside. And the toast was coated in some type of oil (not butter, I’m guessing the oil they use for the grill). This lovely experience costs $25.99!! Based on the other patrons and location, I’m guessing they stay in business by being the only place to eat right at the end of the Brooklyn Bridge. Do yourself a favor, walk a few more blocks and find anything else.

Our group just wandered in for a quick drink. Two small beers, a glass of orange juice and two glasses of water and we ended up paying $50 for this. They automatically added 20% gratuity just for bringing us these to the table. Personally I
cannot stand when they add gratuities especially for a 5min stay and hardly any service.
