Brooklyn Roasting Company has become my go-to coffee spot. Their brews are rich, smooth, and never bitter. The baristas are friendly and quick, which makes my morning routine so much easier.
I got two cups of Japan coffee iced, I can taste a couple of the profiles in the cup. The tobacco is prominent, a little maple hints.. I have never had jasmine so I dont know what that taste like but I enjoyed the cup overall. Ill try it with cream next time but ill def be back again.
Very quiet atmosphere. Good spot for relaxing or reading books.
