Sometimes you find the perfect happy ending to a hard day of vacationing, and this was that place for my friend and I. After putting many miles on the feet, we arrived here to find good drinks and great company. Best bar experience in awhile. Cheers
Went on a Sunday. Atmosphere was good, not crowded not too noisy, bartender was friendly and prompt. Seating is very limited though, we found a spot but it is was at all crowded we'd have been out of luck. Price was great, three beers for twenty bucks.
Loved this old time bar. It is said to be the oldest in Brooklyn. Loved the woodwork and even how it looks outside. It's located on a quiet tree lined street. The vibe is laid back. The prices are great. There is a pool table in the back. Alec, the bartender, was very nice. It's a neighborhood bar but the people are very welcoming. I will definitely be back.
