Visit. This. Space. Now. Always floored by how amazing this space is; not just the taproom, but the brewery itself. You can request a brewery tour ahead of time! That and the bar staff is awesome too! Kyle is amazing and they make awesome cocktails alongside their sake. AND they just recently released a kasu Shochu that is phenomenal. GO NOW! What’s also cool is that they’re in Industry City. There’s so much to do around there!
i was exceptionally naive to how good sake could be prior to coming here, as my previous experiences were solely at hibachi joints. this is now a go to for me, my gal, and visitors that come to our apartment and want to go out.
