We recently had a team event at Bitter Monk, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Ryan and Giga led a fantastic cocktail masterclass where we learned how to make our own cocktails, which was both fun and memorable. Ektoras, the owner, also gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how their amazing amaros are made, followed by a tasting that was absolutely worth it.

Cocktails were great. Small location but really good and service was quick. Really good options but went espresso and cucumber. Overall recommend
If you're in Industry City and want a cocktail + amazing vibes (good house music, loungy and atmospheric) this is the best place to go, for sure.

Bitter Monk is a pretty little bar with a classy and relaxed ambiance. The establishment is known for its unique, creative, and well-crafted cocktails that are worth the price tag. Signature drinks include the Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, a perfectly balanced and complex cocktail, and the Queen of the Desert, a cool and refreshing drink with a spicy finish. For those not drinking alcohol, the butterfly field mocktail is highly recommended. The food is also quite good, with highlights being the truffle popcorn and the juicy lemongrass chicken ginger dumplings. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ready with recommendations, providing an incredible experience. The bartenders are clearly passionate about their craft.
