ABBA Local Transportation
Terrible bagel store- poorly managed- with incompetent staff. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a everything bagel which i requested to be toasted and scooped out. The bagel was not scooped and the Italian guy with the tattoo tells me we will fix it. i observe him removing the egg and cheese and applying it on a new bagel- i told him now my egg and cheese will be cold- he says we will heat it up for you. i said no! i want a fresh order- i was already over charged and paid $11.00 for a messed up sandwich. However they wouldn't bulge and i don't believe in throwing out food when there are plenty of hungry people in the world! then I requested creamer for coffee and he told me we are out of it. how can a bagel shop be out of creamer!!!!! i wish i can give a negative 10 star review. Both guys were wearing FDNY shirts; interestingly enough- i was a emt with FDNY and asked which station house they worked @. Took them approx. 40 seconds to respond which tells me there probably full if it as well just as the store!

The only evidence you need to not spend money here is this photo. This is their 9$ bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. A single slice of bacon? Seriously unprofessional and extremely cheap. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to get scammed.

First off, the staff was incredibly rude. Two bald men were working the front register — one with tattoos — and they looked at me like I had three heads. It was 8:30 a.m. and the line was out the door. Despite the crowd, only one person was taking orders while the other stood around, clearly showing how understaffed and disorganized they are. I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order.
I asked for an omelet wrap with egg whites and was told it would cost an extra dollar per egg white. Fine. Then I ordered an iced coffee. The tattooed guy made it and handed it to me only half full. When I asked why, he snapped, “Aren’t you going to put creamer in it?” I told him I drink it black — why make that assumption?
To top it all off, I was charged $22.00 for a wrap and a coffee. I’ve paid less at quality cafes in Manhattan — and this was a low-end spot in Brooklyn.
Wish I could give them zero stars.

i love brothers bagels very much. Alex and simon are the best guys there . friendly and kind to me. they deserve good credit on their hard work and so do the workers they have . will continue to come here .
I was told about this place by my friend Jeff and I wags surprised how big it was I bought a dozen bagels and so far they're very good. The place seemed very clean and well stocked. I'll probably go back to them in the future. My review is short because I literally went in and out as my wife made the purchases. They had tables outside and a handicap ramp on the side of the building. they add a surcharge for credit card use. They also have blueberry bagels and every kind of smear you'd want. Ya wanna bagel ! go here!

The store is located in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn. They sell a variety of bagels including flagels which are flat bagels, burgers, paninis, wraps, hot heroes, cold heroes and salads. Breakfast sandwiches, omelets, breakfast burritos, muffins and croissants are available. Coffee, tea, juices and smoothies are other options. Friendly and helpful staff.
