I eat Turkish food regularly. I grew up eating Sahara on Coney Island Avenue. This was my first time ordering from here and I'm so glad that I did. The restaurant was immaculate, the staff were so welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious!!!! The Lamb gryo, Chicken Kabob and Hummus were excellent. REALLY good (and very fresh) food! Ordered several times, haven’t been disappointed. The bread is the best bread I’ve ever had from a Turkish restaurant (or any restaurant, really) and the lentil soup, chicken gyro, rice, and shepherd salad was perfect. Highly recommend!

The mix grill is very tasty, the grilled rice is awesome. I took the fried squid, it’s better to eat it right there, I took it to take away, it was steamy, not crispy.. The salads were also ok.
