Brown Butter Craft Bar & Kitchen offers a variety of delicious dishes, such as the Biscuit with scrambled egg and cheese, Golden Latte, Almond Slice, Belgian waffles with smoked salmon, and buttermilk biscuit with strawberry jam. The cozy and homey atmosphere makes it a nice place to enjoy breakfast or coffee with loved ones or alone. Many customers praise the consistently delicious breakfast biscuits and appreciate the ample seating options, including a cute outdoor space. The backyard patio provides a comfortable setting for brunch, though there is no table umbrella, so shade may depend on the time of day and sun tolerance. Service is generally warm and welcoming, with staff being nice, though some reviews mention that service can sometimes be just okay or quick without much chit chat. The food remains the highlight, with popular choices like the chicken sandwich and unique dishes like smoked salmon and cream cheese on a toasted fresh butter biscuit. Customers also note that the biscuits are tasty and moist, with some saying they are the best biscuits they've had in Brooklyn. Despite a few mixed experiences with service, the chill atmosphere and good food make it a nice spot to visit for breakfast or coffee.
