I want to mention an employee by the name of Kiland, who stood out to me because of his friendly and professional demeanor. Compared to other locations, where in my experience the service can vary, every time I've encountered Kiland, I've received quality service and great recommendations, which have allowed me to experience many different items from the menu. I came in yesterday and wondering how it is because I never been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Flatbush but a worker name kailand helped me so much guiding how it is there and what’s the best wings they have and it made me want to go there so much more after trying the chickens there too🤩🤩
Alex and his team at 1623 Flatbush were outstanding. I made a mistake as the customer, and instead of making the situation difficult, Alex went above and beyond to help resolve everything professionally and quickly.
The level of customer service, patience, and care they showed was exceptional. Alex took ownership, communicated clearly, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. It is rare to find a team that treats customers with that much respect and attention.
