I first visited Bunna Cafe this past summer and had a positive experience, but tonight I ordered from them via UberEats and a huge portion of my order was missing. When I received the bag, I was initially taken aback because the bag was light but it was completely taped up so I know no one (meaning the delivery driver) had possibly gone into it. When I opened the bag, all that was in there was the sambusas and the extra injera I order. The FEAST, which is 7 entrees and 4 rolls of injera, was no where in sight. I attempted to call Bunna Cafe directly twice and no one picked up and I am unsatisfied by the customer service received by UberEats. I understand mistakes happen but this is a huge mistake. As a picky vegan it is hard to find good spots and I really liked their food so I am highly disappointed and hungry right now.

I grab take out from Bunna a few times a month. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The flavors are incredible. They have a great lunch special as well. Highly recommend checking out Bunna for Ethiopian cuisine in Bushwick!

The wait time between appetizer and entree was atrocious.We put in our names and came back when they texted us, then waited an extra 45 minutes to sit.The wait time was not worth the quality.The staff seemed lost.
