Slow service and they no longer accommodate in-door dining. Machines don't work with the coupons on the app, I was told it's due to the new app update. The place is always completely empty so at least you won't have to wait too long

No! No!. Long slow drive through line. I had the hand breaded chicken combo. The fries were warm and the tomato over ripe. I could taste that the oil needed changing. Even the mayo tasted old. Disappointed to say the least.

the worst restaurant in brooklyn is this burger king, rotten meat and old potatoes, do not come to eat here, the staff here is terrible

Very long wait to drive thru. Food never hot, it feels food been kept on waiting too long to serve and got cold. Need to work on time management or change the management. Thanks

The grill burger are, and so was the services, i tip the young lady 5$ and also the whopper, is big like jack in the box. And that's what people like a big burger.

The young woman didn't answer when we called out on Sunday morning, the 20th of June, btwn 7:30 & 7:45am, she acted tired we gave her the order three times and had to take it back twice. I won't be coming back to this Burger King ever!!
This is the WORST BK IVE EVER WENT TO! They’re so unprofessional and have attitudes. They don’t listen, and they talk & gossip amongst themselves (in front of customers) but when the orders are wrong they want to blame you smh that older lady is the worst. Even the managers and supervisors are very unprofessional

I went for an Interview because they said they were hiring and they never called me. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and the staff seemed nice. No dine in.
