Slow service and they no longer accommodate in-door dining. Machines don't work with the coupons on the app, I was told it's due to the new app update. The place is always completely empty so at least you won't have to wait too long

I had an issue with my order & when I returned the next day the cashier referred me to the general manager. The general manager was super professional in rectifying the situation and also very respectful even thou I was a tad bit unhinged☺️ I shall remain a loyal customer because after listening to the general manager explain what can be done my mood instantly changed and I genuinely appreciated the way I was taken care of!

This particular BK idk the food is made like they don't want you to come back. Guess it depends on who's there. But they attitudes are good. It's just the way the food is made
