I stopped in hoping for a quick and easy meal, but it ended up being a pretty frustrating experience. The service was incredibly slow, and I had to wait much longer than I expected just to get my order taken. When I finally got my food, it was lukewarm and definitely did not taste fresh, which was a huge letdown. It felt like the place was really struggling to keep up with even a few customers, and I probably won't be coming back to this location again.
I bought cookies from this location and the cookies were so hard and stale. They sold me some old cookies that were probably there forever. I couldn’t eat them they were horrible. Mind you I haven’t been to that burger king in years because the food was starting to suck. Sunset Park Burger King you lost a customized. I’ll stick with McDonalds.
This woman's attitude is so bad. I sat down and thought about what I wanted. She has been harassing me. She keeps saying that only customers can stay in the store and threatening me to call the police. I want to talk to the manager. She said that she is the manager. I like Burger King's food, but the service in this place is too bad.
