These people need to be fired very disrespectful and have no communication skills but want to give you attitude they hate their jobs and they're messing up simple orders I ordered two double cheeseburgers they only put one piece of cheese on each of them this is like the third time they messed up my order I figured I just order something simple this time and they did it again SMH.... I bought a chicken sandwish and it was just breading no chicken, it tasted dry and weird. when i opened the sandwish there was no chicken inside... what a scam. I dont recommend you buy anything from this

King jr meal clearly says it includes a treat or toy and the cashier would not include the treat with the meal as advertised in their store. It's a corporation worth over $4b. They can at least serve what they're advertising.

The burger was Cold and smell very bad. The chicken nuggets was cold and nasty. And this is the 3rd time it's happened. When I try calling the store they just hang up the phone. Very bad customer service. Official complain will be sent to burger King customer service.

Worse of the worse.Every time something else is missing...let it be the fries fryer or the impossible burger machine.Staff is rude and looks like they don't want you there since you enter the door...Cleaning of machines should be done by the end of the day not at rush hour.A big fail when it comes to American standards

okay. its 8:15 on a sunday..they have one older lady making the orders,slower than molasses,doing everything by herself in the kitchen,got the lady taking orders,being rude as possible, refuses to actually work, the menus left side is hard to see, so im trying to change my order to keep it under 20 without her printing the receipt and im trying to politely be quick bc i know the service industry..and it just didnt register to her..okay no problem. i told her ahead of time that if it was over 20 it was gnna hafta be changed lol..then the dude working..i guess thats what they call it..standing there by the fries watching the lady make 20 cheeseburgers and what not.while its obvious she needs help but counter lady isnt hustling to try to help..isnt bagging orders inbetween taking orders,not hustling and bustling to get the push out..maybe shes new..but with me and the 2 customers before me she said it was her last day..obviously doesnt want any pressure of a situation which is sad bc a job like this can build time efficiency skills..regardless..UNDERSTAFFED.UNORGANIZED..I PRAY the foods cooked..and NO APPLE PIES?"Cmon BK..ya killin me king..
