Very poor experience. I tried to order something and redeem points. They have no kiosk, so I asked at the counter, and they told me it would not work and mumbled something before walking away. The app literally says you can order at the counter and redeem a reward if you show them a code. I ordered on the app instead. My food arrived shortly. The ice cream was okay. They got it all over the cup, so it was leaking everywhere, and they did not make a new one or perhaps, I don't...read full review
BK app didn't work, store refused to take an in person order, had to order from grubhub and pay extra fees! AWFUL
