“A very cozy place! The coffee here is really delicious — smooth, not bitter, and you can tell they use good beans. We also tried some fresh pastries, and it was just perfect. The atmosphere is calm, with nice background music, and the staff is polite and attentive without being pushy. A great spot to grab a morning coffee or spend time with friends. “We love cafe 28 for breakfast as they have a huge choice. You can’t beat an everything bagel with sausage, bacon, eggs and cheese washed down with a large latte to get you set up for a days shopping on 6th. The omelette are great too. Highly recommend for a cheap but tasty start to your day“

“I'm very thankful for this space! I come here while I wait for my son's dance class.Only wish it were more appreciated by the patrons! People toss their trash (or don't pickup after themselves). Seems like not enough staff to keep it clean (at least at night).Also, the hot food options are closed by 3/3:30pm, which seems a bummer for anyone here in the evening. Gorgeous view of the water!Oh, and I think they offer reasonable prices. I got a bottled iced tea, hot coffee, PopConers and a pack of gum for $8.15.“
