“Exploring the hospital as a undergrad student at SBU and the hospital food is differently better than most food on campus. I was surprised to see a whole bakery and a whole wall of drinks. They made my grilled chicken burger fresh and it was yum!“

“I am a non traditional returning student and I have to say that some of these posts knocking the quality of the food or the cleanliness of the dining areas are just ridiculous. Also the students complaining about the prices apparently have never eaten food in a restaurant before at least not where they were paying because I challenge you to get lunch which includes an entree, drink, and a snack for after for less than the $13 avg it has cost me to do so on campus. Sure the food is not five star dining but who expects it to be. All of the variety of locations I have eaten in have been tasty. Maybe if you are looking for insta worthy meals go off campus.“

“They renovated this place since 2023/2024 school year! Very clean, food is tasty and healthy with wide variety. My favorite is the fruit area. Usually they have bananas, apples, cantaloupes, pineapple, greek yogurt. I love West Dining’s pizza too it’s so good. I like the new herbs as well and the herb water is refreshing. I like the bagel area and toast place too my favorite is the whole wheat bagel that I toast and cut bananas on. There is also coffee and green tea and in the morning I used to always get an omelet with mushrooms and spinach that they make. Fr best dining hall. Workers are super kind as well.“

“Bibimbap is amazing. The Korean food here in general is amazing. They're also really nice. Also, chicken terriyaki weeks are the best <3 No better place to eat on campus“

“I always enjoy my interactions with the staff here. They are extremely pleasant, friendly, and always willing to take the time out to talk, especially Judy! Sharing stories with one another has given me a different perspective of life and something to look forward to whenever I go to east side dining!“
