People and I spent money just to be treated with complete disrespect at Room 100. One of the guys that works there came over and snatched the hookah out of our hands with no explanation. Staff still let us order knowing they were closing, then suddenly started rushing us out and basically throwing people out. If you’re closing, say that first — don’t take customers’ money and then act rude. Check the cameras — I’m not lying. I stayed calm, because I would’ve been wrong if I crashed out, but the disrespect was real. The service was trash, the attitude was nasty, and the whole experience was unprofessional. Definitely won’t be back.

it was my cousins birthday, i referred her here because i came here for my 18th and loved it. we made a reservation and i drove an hour to get there, we were coming from long island. when i last came they were okay with photo id at the time. everyone i came with had their physical id, but my cousin, the birthday girl, so security did not let us in due to the fact she didn’t have her physical id that the policy changed. we were beyond irritated because it’s not like we just walked in, we made a reservation and if the policy was so called change i feel like they should’ve sent an email or a message explaining that we need to bring physical id. we then tried calling the place but they ended up blocking our numbers. very unprofessional would never come here again.

From the outside you'd never guess how much of a vibe this place is from the minute I walked in the hostess made me feel welcome the place is really nice and cozy the food was amazing the drinks also they played a good selection of music me and my wife really enjoyed are night I'll be going here more often happy I found this place

This spot is literally selling fake liquor, drink at your own risk. FAKE LIQUOR AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS bureau cause I literally could have lost my life with how intoxicated their liquor made me. I have a high tolerance but that was NOT real liquor.

Desire C. delivered terrible service. The atmosphere was nice and good music, however it took 15 mins for her to come and ask if we wanted to order and that was after I had to stop her while walking. Then she never checked on us and in the end I asked her for water and she never brought it. Would return minus her as the waitress .

Room 100 is a hidden gem for black/latino people who want a party vibe at 9pm on a Monday. Nothing here (aside from the hookah) screams inexpensive but the prices are decent. Come during happy hour for the best prices; from the $8 frozen margaritas to the food - nothing is bad. Make a reservation, you will be asked. DJ comes in daily and the vibes are great. The service is good and this place is consistent. They’ve already seen my face at least 7 times, and there’s a reason.
