It's nice to have a little Spanish flavor in the neighborhood, with their authentic touch on each platter, looking forward to trying other items on the menu to find my main go to dish
It’s a deli so atmosphere is deli, the cashier are really nice . Definitely call in advance bec the wait for food is about 15-20 min. The Oreo waffles are my favorite. It is soft fluffy and so tasty. The fruity pebble French toast is also a good bite. Only negative is the fried chicken tasted like the oil it was fried in. May need to cleaning out there oil trap other than that . I would rate this place a solid 9.

Tio Mini-Market and Grill offers a very friendly deli experience. The crew is friendly and attentive, and the Latino vibes are strong. Food is made to perfection and is very good. Popular items include the steak platter, chopped cheese tio way, chicken tenders with sweet chilli sauce, rice, fried plantains with special sauce, and cookies. Many guests enjoy chicken and waffles, tenders and fries, and the waffles are not soggy but still crispy. The french toast and hot coffee are also praised, and the coffee beans are good. Breakfast items such as the breakfast burrito, steak quesadilla, and steak and rice bowl are well received. The menu also offers cake slices, cookies, and a good selection of groceries, goodies, juices, and soda. Prices are responsible, real ingredients are used, and the ice cold beer from the fridge is a perfect addition to late‑night eats. Overall, the deli is a great spot for tasty, well‑made food and a lively atmosphere.
