I’ve been coming to this lounge for a long time, and I’ve never seen the service decline as much as it has under the new management. On my recent visit, the service was incredibly disappointing. In my experience, the manager on duty, Carlos, was unhelpful and didn’t handle the situation well at all. The staff overall felt unorganized, and it really seemed like the place needs a serious update in how it’s run.
I used to enjoy coming here, but after this visit, it’s just not worth the money anymore. There are several nearby spots that offer far better service and a much better atmosphere. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I always come here and get excellent service and a great experience!! Amazing food and an awesome wide variety of music very diverse!! I would 10/10 recommend coming here for happy hour during the week and for the real party where you sell all the culture of people dancing bachata and singing.Such an amazing atomsphere and with such delicious drinks. Great to celebrate birthdays and a great night out! Definitely recommend Halloween !!!
