I’ve been coming to this carvel for 15+ years since I was a baby as our family has been living here for decades. I’ve never had an issue with the people or the service and quality. Today after coming back from living in a different state for a bit, I am frankly shocked to say this is its quality has been changed to. The employees are also extremely unprofessional as they are on the phone having a conversation and not paying attention when questions are asked. They also were rude and short like they didn’t wanna be there. Kinda disappointed.

I have stopped going here when they started to make the cold brew icecream with oat milk and I was going almost everyday. I understand that there gotta be a variety but they literally changed the regular coffee icecream with the one with oat milk. I asked why aren’t they making both and they said it’s all corporate. They have a promotion apparently with the oat milk version, but I still don’t get why can’t they do both. Disappointing.

Bro they have so many deals everyday. The best part is that they honor it, along with some bombass ice cream. Staff are nice and fast at service. Definitely recommend. Do not let they're small store fool you, they're definitely better tasting then most ice cream

This Carvel has some of the best flavors of ice cream i've ever had, absolutely delicious and the cakes and saucers are always spot on and delish!
Ice cream a little bit too sweet for my taste but still very good. Very nice employees as well.
Offers are top notch everyday something is free with a purchase. Best spot after work to wind down and go home
