Beware. I ordered a cake for a party and paid a lot of money for it. When I picked it up, the bag felt so light. When we cut the cake, the filling inside was so scarce. Never again after what I paid! I’ve never gotten such a cheap filling for a carvel ice cream cake. I would have been better off buying one in a supermarket!The workers there are not very friendly when I placed the order or when I get ice cream for my kids. It’s all business. Do better new Carvel owners! The past owners and quality of cakes were so much better.And by the way, the guests noticed the quality of the cake too!
This location advertises buy one get one for $2.99 banana barges on Fridays with a poster in the window, but they don’t actually sell them. They claim to be out of bananas , but I spoke to a manager and they never have it because she claims the bananas go bad. I asked if I could bring my own banana , there’s a produce store right across the street. She was willing to just sell us ice cream in a different container because they don’t even HAVE containers for banana barges , but refused to give us the buy one get one for $2.99 price !
