If your stated closing time is 10 o’clock, and I arrive at 9:57, you can’t refuse to serve me just because you’re already starting to clean up. The expectation is that if you’re open until 10, you should still be prepared to help me until that hour, as long as I arrive before then. I wasted my time rushing to the store only to be told you guys are closed.

UPDATE: I originally gave this Carvel a bad review. But I’m changing this to a 4 because the supervisor contacted me back within a hour and apologized and was able to rectify the mistake. So their customer service turned to be excellent. ——————- Terrible online service. Ordered a soft serve sundae with strawberry syrup & whipped cream. Received a sundae with Strawberry AND chocolate syrup. I hate chocolate syrup. They also messed up the ice cream sandwiches, which were supposed to come with sprinkles. Then when I call to let them know, it’s a GOGGLE phone number! 🤷🏽♀️ 👎🏽

It is rude to say to customers that hurry up because there is long queue(4 persons). No wonder Coney Island branch is doing good as I had never encountered this behavior!

Two days in a row 4/4 and 4/5 i come in, get asked and give my order for a cone and two separate employees walk away to handle something else. One to handle a delivery driver who came after me and the other was looking for something for another customer. Am i supposed to guess when they will get around to me for a simple cone order? I came back two months later and received better results from the employee at the counter as one would expect on any given day.

Super friendly staff the place always smells amazing from the cinnamon rolls Update I was one of the first customers that went into this Carvel location and I got to say every since staff has always been so friendly with me but today I have to highlight a specific two monika and aman both of them just absolutely made getting ice cream after a month of fasting so worth it they were so energetic and helpful even with the big order we gave them. I still couldn't stop recommending this location
